Happy weekend loves! I hope you all are having a relaxing day! I’ve been getting a ton of questions about Emma’s 11 month old schedule lately since we switched over to 2 naps, and also weaned from the Dockatot awhile ago. I also wanted to share some adorable pieces for the little ones still in stock for the #NSALE if you’re shopping today. Sunday is the last day to shop the sale prices, before they go back up to regular prices on Monday the 6th.
How sweet is this tutu dress!? I grew up doing ballet. Actually ballet, tap, jazz (the whole enchilada). So having a girl, and dressing her in a tutu dress is basically the bomb to me. I love this dress because it has a stretchy & comfy top, and then the tutu skirt is SO cute. I love that it’s attached, and so easy to slip over her head.
11 Month Old Schedule
7 am Wake Up
7 am Nursing Session w/ Mama (how the heck do I wean her? wahhh.. getting so emotional about it!)
7:30 am Breakfast (she usually has eggs & fruit)
8-10 am Playtime
10 am Nap #1 (usually she naps anywhere from 1-2 hours… although lately it’s been closer to 1.5 hours)
11:30 am or 12 pm Wake Up
12:00 pm Lunch (sometimes I will nurse her before lunch if I’m home. If she’s home with Dylan or the babysitter, she will usually just each lunch & drink some cows milk… she just started this like 2 days ago!) She drinks out of a straw cup, but refused all sippy cups & never took a bottle. For lunch she usually has cheese, some sort of protein like beans or chicken, and fruit or veggies)
12:30 pm -2:00 pm Playtime
2:00 pm Nap #2 (usually she naps from 1-2 hours again)
3:30 pm Wake Up
3:30 pm I will offer a nursing session or she will have some milk and/or snack
4 pm – 5:30 pm playtime
5:30 pm Dinner (she usually will have what we are having for dinner)
6:15 pm Bathtime
6:45 pm Offer a nursing session or just now milk (if she will take it… thinking she will more soon) & then put her down for bed
7 pm Asleep for the night
Some nights she wakes up 1-2 times a night, and other nights she sleeps through the night. Recently when she’s been waking up I feel like it’s because of teething, so I will go into her room and comfort nurse her back to sleep.
I actually have a full baby & kids haul from the Nordstrom Sale that I shared on my Youtube channel if you want to check it out below. I also shared the items I got for my 3 year old son. There are still a pretty good amount of things in stock!
I also have a ton of other posts on the Nordstrom sale if you’re shopping for yourself, your significant other, or for your home. You can find them all HERE.
Thanks so much for stopping by today friends, and have an amazing weekend!
A big thanks to Nordstrom for sponsoring this post. All thoughts & opinions are always my own.
