Yay! The 2018 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is almost here! It’s the biggest and best sale of the year, and I can’t wait to shop & share everything I find with you guys! I remember being pregnant with Emma hustling my bootay off in that dressing room to try on all of the goodies last year. Keep reading below for everything you need to know about the sale, my tips & tricks for shopping, and for some of my favorites from last year’s sale! What is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?

Every year Nordstrom releases their new fall items and marks them down for a limited time. This isn’t old stuff that’s on sale. We’re talking brand new, never seen before, items they are just releasing for Fall. AND it’s not just women’s fashion, it’s EVERYTHING. Women’s, men’s kid’s, home, beauty, shoes, accessories, gifts, and more! It’s MAGIC I tell ya!

What are the dates of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?

Early access for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale starts on July 12th, but it’s just for Nordstrom cardholders. The early access portion ends on July 19th, and the Nordstrom Sale opens to the public on July 20th. If you don’t have a Nordstrom Card, and are planning on shopping the Anniversary Sale, I highly recommend getting one. They have multiple types of cards, and I honestly just use mine for the points and to get early access to the sale. Sometimes I even put my purchase on my normal card, but they will let me add my card information so I still earn points. It’s a no-brainer. Can I Preview The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?

YES! They come out with a Nordstrom Anniversary Sale Catalog every year, and you can view the 2018 women’s catalog HERE. The men’s catalog can be viewed HERE. Keep in mind that this is a SMALL preview of what will be in the sale. This is just a little teaser, but it’s fun to get ideas from! There are already a couple of things I have my eye on from that catalog. Hello new Fall booties!

What Are Your Favorite Brands To Purchase ?

Oh goodness, that’s a loaded question. I end up purchasing a lot through the sale (for obvious reasons of being a blogger), but also to grab higher priced items that will last for years at a much cheaper price. I’m a big sale shopper as you know, so when I can find AG jeans, Hunter Boots, UGGs, Barefoot Dreams, Rebecca Minkoff, etc at discounted prices I’m much more eager to purchase. These are also staple items that I will wear for years to come. They also end up discounting some of my favorite more affordable Nordstrom brands like Socialite, Lush, Leith, Articles of Society, BP, and more! I get so excited to snag those pieces at an ever deeper discounted price because they are some of my favorite brands that I wear year after year.

What About Men’s, Kid’s, Home, ETC?

YES! The men’s sale is just as good…. and lucky for you I have a husband who does this whole blogging thing as well. Dylan and I will be covering a lot of the men’s stuff together, so make sure you are also following him on Instagram for his stories & posts this year as well! And for kid’s stuff, they have a great selection. Especially baby gear. Last year I scored the Nuna car seat & travel system for a mega discount, and I’m wondering if they will offer it again this year. I’ll be sure to let you know! Their home decor stuff is always amazing as well, and I like to share my picks & favorites here on the blog and Instagram too!

How Will I Be Covering The Sale?

All day, everyday. LOL. Literally. I LOVE the sale, and truly enjoy sharing it every year. I will be sharing posts here on the blog, sharing Instagram posts, Instagram Stories, and video content on Youtube/IGTV. SO GET READY for some goodness!
