Take A Walk

I don’t know about you, but when things are crazy I have to get out and take a walk. We spent all weekend moving and unpacking. There are still a TON of boxes to unpack and things to set up. When things aren’t put away and in their normal place I tend to freak out. Anyone else like this? It’s hard for me to feel normal and focus when things are shifting so much, so it will be good when we are finally all settled in.

On a major positive note we found a really cool hiking trail behind our house so we have been trying to take breaks from work to get out and enjoy it. When I work from home all day it’s really huge for me to get out and be in nature for at least 30 minutes. Yesterday Noah wouldn’t go down for a nap, so I tossed him in the stroller and we went for a quick walk. He passed out within 10 minutes. #ThankGod

I know I’ve been a little off of my normal posting schedule this week, but I’m hoping all will be back to normal next week. I hope you’re having a great week!

So glad you’re taking a break – moving is so stressful & getting out and about it so important. The boxes will be there when you get back (hopefully nice & refreshed)! 🙂

Going for a walk does wonders for me! Clearing my mind helps me refocus when I get back to work. Definitely a good idea. Plus your walking buddy is so cute!

Such a little cutie!! I’ve loved being able to be outside more lately. We so need to go on a hike as a family soon! We had so much fun on our last one.
