Being a busy mom I often times just want to throw on jeans and a t-shirt when I wake up in the morning.I’m only human, and who doesn’t want to live in jeans and a t-shirt most days? A lot of people tell me I have the cutest mom style. Although I’m not sure what that means entirely, I’m hoping that it’s a good thing.
The thing I love most about fashion and “mom style” is that you can look put together in jeans and a t-shirt. You don’t have to be dressed to the nines to look like you actually put some thought into what you are wearing. And that thought my friends, is a total game changer when you’re a mom.
My closet is full of distressed denim. I just can’t get enough. There are so many variations, styles, different amount of distressing, etc. I think I could own a pair in just about every style, and never get sick of them! The really cool thing about distressed denim is that no matter how casual they are, you can easily dress them up. For example if you’re going out on a date night you can pair them with stilettos, a sheer cami, and a bomber jacket. If you’re heading out for a day date you can pair them with some espadrille wedges and an adorable wrap tee like I’m wearing in this post.
This tee is SO soft. I’m talking about pajama soft, and you guys know that I like to wear clothes that feel like pajamas by now, ha! It also comes in a few other colors, score! It’s the perfect tee to pack for a vacation. I’m totally packing it for Malibu this weekend!
