Recipe Below!
Ingredients:
1 yellow onion
2 cloves garlic
1 lb ground beef
1 box lasagna noodles
2 jars marinara sauce
2 bags shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
Dice the onion and cook over medium heat in a large pan (this pan will hold all of the sauce soon) add minced garlic once the onions are almost done. Add in ground beef and cook thoroughly.
Once ground beef is done cooking, mix in the two jars of marinara sauce. Meanwhile bowl your lasagna noodles until they are al dente
It’s time to layer your lasagna!
I put down a layer of meat sauce first, then a layer of noodles, then a layer of cheese
Repeat the layer
Cook in the oven at 350 degrees for about 30 mins and enjoy!

Costa Rica Spring Break 2025 Recap! Save this post if you are planning a visit!
Where We Stayed: We rented the Villa Esperanza vacation home in Playa Negra from @vrbo . It was STUNNING, and way too big for our party of 6. We already want to go back with more friends and families! It was such a nice beautiful home right on the beach!
What We Did:
We walked on the beach every morning to breakfast at the Hotel Playa Negra @hotelplayanegraoficial It’s famous for being on the beach where Endless Summer 2 was filmed. A total surfer’s hotel. The restaurant and bar were amazing for breakfast and lunch. We ate lunch here a few times and you can easily pop in for drinks and hang on the beach.
We relaxed at the house a lot. The house also has a pool overlooking the ocean so we spent SO much time in the pool.
We also hired a chef service to come to the house which was such a fun experience! We hired @chefs_yan_nico_tamarindo
We did zip lining, which the kids LOVED and we used @canopy_pinilla
We drove to dinner every night besides the night we had the chefs. Some of the places we ate were @cafeplayanegra @corazonsurfcafe @lolascostarica , Kibbutz , @___mycelium___ _ right near the house, and at the @hotelplayanegraoficial
