Leggings That Make You Look Like You Work Out
I’ve totally fallen off the working out bandwagon. If you follow me on stories, I chatted a bit about it yesterday. Since becoming a mom, working out has been pushed further and further down on the to-do list. I try not to stress out about it too much, because I know I’ll eventually have time. For now, I’ll just buy leggings that make it look like I work out. It’s a total win-win, right?
Everything I’m wearing in this post is from Nordstrom. Nordstrom is always one of my number one choices when it comes to holiday shopping. Their services are incredible! I always feel like I get treated like royalty, and they always make shopping so easy. One of my favorite services is buying online & picking up in store. With kids, I never have time to shop in store like I used to, so this is one of my favorite services. They also offer curbside pick up at my Nordstrom so I don’t even have to get out of the car #lifesaver
I have 4 pairs of leggings that make it look like I work out, and I got every single pair of them from Nordstrom. When it comes to “making it look like you work out”, you’re going to have to keep quality in mind. Lower quality leggings aren’t going to do much for you, but if you invest in a really good quality pair it’s going to do the trick.
The leggings that I’m wearing in this post are Alo leggings. They are my first pair from them, and now I’m hooked. They are a bit higher priced than I would normally spend, but if they make it look like I work out then they are worth it to me, lol. They literally suck everything in (hello postpartum belly) & they give my butt a little lift (totally need it). There’s nothing not to love about these leggings!
I usually stick to Zella leggings because the price point is a bit lower, but these are amazing! I LOVE the style of them. The other three pairs I wear on rotation are all from Zella, and I’ll make sure to link them below, because the quality on them is amazing too!
Now, I did mess up a little bit with this outfit. My jacket is a tad too tight. I thought that North Face typically ran big, because my North Face Denali jacket is huge on me. This is not the case with this specific jacket, so make sure to grab your regular size, and not size down. I wanted to share it on the blog for you guys first, so I am taking the jacket into the mall to see if I can exchange it for a small because I’m obsessed with it (but whoa it was hard to zip up… hello milk production, lol). I love everything about it, and I’ve been wanting a new North Face jacket for a long time, now I just need the right size.
How cute are my Nikes? I’ve been looking for a new basic grey pair, and these are the updated versions of the ones I have been wearing for the past 3 years. I HIGHLY recommend these if you are looking for a great basic sneaker. They also come in black.
