5 Joys

It’s been an odd week. I’ve been sick so my schedule has been thrown off. Working from home and creating your own schedule is hard enough, but when you throw in being sick everything is a big mess. Noah is so close to crawling, although I’m not even sure he needs to crawl at this point. I set him down in one area, look up, and he’s somewhere totally different. He’s mastered the rolling and scooching method. Is scooching even a word? I don’t think so, but you get the idea, right? He basically just moves around on his belly like a baby seal. It’s adorable. My best friend is coming into town this weekend so I’m really looking forward to that. Do you have any fun plans for the weekend? I hope you’re having a great week!

Being sick is the worst as a mom now! The first time I got sick after having my son I was like, “wait, a minute!” Hope you’re feeling better!

Love this post idea:) it’s great to dwell on the happy things even when you’ve had a crummy week or don’t feel well.

    Hi Lee Anne!!

How exciting 😀 I can’t wait for Noah to crawl! Gavin is scooching/scooting and rocking on his knees. It is too funny. He likes to crawl backwards? He can sit up on his own, but when it comes to crawling forward, he will almost leap and faceplant. Thankfully, he only does that on soft surfaces like the bed and sofa haha :O

I hope our little guys can get the hang of it soon, too. It’s my birthday soon, and I have family coming in as well. Maybe we will both see them crawling? May the uncertain countdown begin hehe

    XoXo
