5 Black Friday Shopping Tips
It’s hard to believe that Black Friday is only a couple of weeks away. Most years I end up scrambling all of my Christmas shopping together at the last minute, but this year I’m hoping to get all of my shopping done by Cyber Monday. It’s hard to pass up all of the great deals during this crazy busy Black Friday shopping time.
A couple of years ago I did all of my shopping on the Black Friday Weekend and it was awesome. I thought it would be fun to share my Black Friday Shopping Tips with you guys here on the blog. I will also be sharing all of the sales here on the blog as soon as they are available with you guys on the morning of Black Friday so don’t forget to check back here then! I also have already added my Holiday Shopping Tab to the MenuBar of my blog above so don’t forget to check that out for gift giving inspiration!
Alright, let’s get down to Black Friday shopping business!
1. Have your list ready beforehand
Jot down each person’s name that you are planning to buy for on a piece of paper. Also make sure to have already brainstormed what you are thinking about getting them this year. This will cut down on browsing time!
2. Set a budget
I always take my total budget and then split it up by how many people I have to buy for. This helps keep you in check when shopping, and helps you not go over your budget!
3. Do Your Research
A lot of times stores will post their Black Friday shopping deals early, and sometimes they will run the sales all weekend long. If there’s something specific you want to buy like a new tv or a pair of Hunter Boots I would suggest searching online now for the best places to get a deal on those items for Black Friday.
4. Check Blogs & Online Discussion Boards
A lot of bloggers, like myself, help their audience to navigate Black Friday shopping. Make sure to keep your favorite blogs saved on your computer so you can easily access them as soon as Black Friday hits!
5. Treat Yourself
Obviously this time of the year is all about gift giving, but it’s also okay to treat yourself. If there’s something that you’ve been wanting for a long time and it’s finally on sale during Black Friday, get it! Chances are it won’t be on sale again for a long time! I’m hoping to invest in a new pair of boots, but we’ll see 😉

I avoid Black Friday in-store shopping, but I don’t mind shopping from home in my pjs. 🙂 (I guess that makes me more of a Cyber Monday kinda girl.) Love your tips and your outfit! I use shopping apps to shop for items beforehand so I’ll receive notifications the second they go on sale and I can simply click to buy them.
