Hi friends! Today I’m so excited to partner with At Home Stores to share my pantry organization tips with you guys. I was so excited when we moved into our rental home because of all of the pantry space! The problem with all of the space is that we sort of just throw everything in there, and it gets so unorganized!
Recently I went to At Home and picked up a few items that would help declutter & organize everything in our pantry. I picked up some baskets, canisters, food storage tins, and a rug. I spent around $200 for everything, and it honestly made a huge difference!
Here are my top three tips if you’re looking to organize your pantry!
Grab a mix of baskets, canisters, and tins
Having a variety of storage containers is key when you are organizing different items. Some things might fit really well into a basket, while others might be better in a smaller container.
Declutter
If you have items in your pantry that you haven’t used in the past year, toss them out or donate them. If something has gone unused for an entire year, you probably aren’t going to use it. Decluttering is key when it comes to organization, and making things look neat and tidy.
Store the things you use most often in the easiest to grab location
It’s so nice to walk right into your pantry and know where your most-used items are. Keep items that you don’t use often higher up or in less-reachable areas.
I just love the way my pantry turned out. Even though we tried to organize it before, it just looked so cluttered and messy. Adding in some baskets, canisters, and tins, really helped in organizing, and sprucing up the space.
