Master Bedroom Update with The Home Depot

Happy Saturday friends! I’m beyond excited to share a little master bedroom update with The Home Depot today! We finally got rid of the dresser that was recalled from IKEA. I’ve been waiting for this moment for months. I really didn’t like that old dresser. I think it was a hand me down, and it was broken. It was just a major eye sore in our bedroom, and now I feel like everything is so put together, and pretty!

The first thing I picked out from The Home Depot was the dresser. Did ya’ll even know that The Home Depot carries furniture online!? They seriously have some of the best stuff! I also did my office sitting area with The Home Depot. I’ll link that blog post here for reference. I wanted a grey dresser that either had silver accents or gold. Our nightstands actually have silver accents, but I fell in love with this exact dresser so much that I decided it’s okay to mix metals. I also hopped on Pinterest to search for “mixing metals” & it’s totally a thing. So we’re all good, lol!

And… can we talk about the mirror!? I’m in LOVE! The quality of it is amazing. It’s actually quite heavy, but I love the look. You can also hang it vertically, but hanging it horizontally looked best above our dresser! I’ve been looking at this certain gold mirror from Anthropologie for months now, but found this one for way less!

They also care my absolute favorite faux fiddle fig tree at The Home Depot!! I literally want multiple of these. I move this one around my house all of the time. It is the absolute best fake tree out there! All you need to add is a cute basket! I also grabbed a new lamp (how amazing is this pink lamp!?) Such a statement piece! AND.. the prettiest faux hydrangea arrangement. Don’t need to water anything! Exactly the kind of plants I need in my house, LOL.
