One of my goals in 2017 is to make more healthy recipes at home. One of the biggest hurdles with healthy recipes is that they take longer to make. Although some healthy recipes do take a long time to make, there’s also a lot of healthy recipes that don’t take long to make. Cue today’s recipe, my Easy Acai Bowl with Coconut Water. I love using ZICO Coconut Water because it’s 100% coconut water with no sugar added.
I first had an Acai Bowl when Dylan and I were in Hawaii. We actually got engaged in Hawaii, and enjoyed quite a few Acai Bowls during our trip. I never really had thought about making my own at home until recently, and I’m so glad I did. They are surprisingly really easy to make! I’m pumped to share this recipe with you guys today. 1 Acai Superfruit Pack (Sambazon is the brand I use, and you can find them in the freezer section)
Toppings: Blueberries, Strawberries, Granola, Bananas
1. Blend the Acai Superfruit Pack, ZICO Coconut Water, and 1 Banana in the blender
2. Top with the toppings of your choice, and enjoy!
